CEO message

Since 50,000 years ago, the number of human beings born so far is about 100 billion people. Assuming a generation is 25 years, we have inherited the baton for 2,000 generations.

During that time, science, technology, and society have made dramatic advances, whose driving fource has been human desire.

Humanity's needs began with survival and expanded over countless years to include the need for security, belonging, and approval.

Then time passes, and in 2023, after experiencing the unprecedented experience of the COVID pandemic, we have finally reached the point to have the desire for self-actualisation, asking, "What do I get up in the morning for?" and "What do I work for?"

In other words, humanity's driving force has shifted from extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation.

As we have arrived at this singularity, many of society's systems and rules will be forced to reform, and the way to manage organisations must also be transformed.

From now on, instead of managing employees like machines with carrots and sticks, organisations will be able to achieve sustainable management by supporting every employee to work with enriching ikigai.

 Our Uniqueness

Accumulation of knowledge and know-how through original research on the overall inner world of humans, including consciousness and the mind

Research on human strengths and consciousness structure

An approach to the subconscious mind that focuses on the "source" network that is the source of people's values.

▼Source network visualized using a unique algorithm

▼Analytical data such as the lineage of the source and the proportion of happiness factors contained in the source

 Our Philosophy

By fulfilling the ideal source, a person's energy becomes rich.
What is the source?
Source refers to the values
that a person subconsciously desires to fulfill.
A person's actions and thoughts are tied to a source unique
to that person.Instead of “being worldly wise” by comparing
yourself to others, you can practice "living well'' from
your own perspective by pursuing your own way of being
and satisfying the sources that you value.
When you begins to practice "living well,'' your state of being
driven by extrinsic motivation of "doing what you should do''
changes to an autonomous state of "doing something because you want to.'' This will allow you to unleash your unique creativity and enable you to bring about innovation in your actions.
